Turkey & Corn Salsa Roll-up

1 flat bread or flour tortilla

3 oz slced roast turkey

1/4 cup Fly Creek Cider Mill Sweet Corn Salsa plus more, if desired

1/4 cup diced avocado

Sprinkling of shredded iceberg lettuce

  1. For each roll-up:
  2. Lay the flat bread out on a clean work surface. Place the tukey on top, leaving an inch all around the edge uncover. Spoon the salsa over the turkey, followed by the avocado and lettuce.
  3. Fold two opposing sides of the bread over the filling and then roll the entire bread up and over the filling to completely enclose.
  4. Serve immediately with additional Sweet Corn Salsa on the side, if desired.
